PINK GINGER

ingredients

Makes 3-to-4 glasses

  • 150g whole raspberrieS

  • 30g ginger, peeled and cut into a fine julienne

  • 1 lime, zest and juice

  • 2 tbsp. raspberry syrup

  • 100ml Falco Gin

  • 2 bottles of Gents Ginger Ale

 

PREPARATION

  1. Pound raspberry, ginger, lime juice and zest with the raspberry syrup in a mortar.

  2. pass the mix through a fine sieve.

  3. Mix with 100ml Falco Gin.

  4. Pour equal measures into 4 glasses.

  5. Add crushed ice and top with whole raspberries.

  6. Top up with Gents Ginger Ale.
